Justin Penick, ACF

Justin graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management. Prior to starting Acorn, he worked as a consulting forester and timber procurement officer. As President and founder of Acorn, Justin leads the company’s strategic growth and oversees consulting and silvicultural services across forestry, wildlife, wetlands, and range management. His expertise includes prescribed burning, timberland management, reforestation, and integrated land stewardship practices. Justin is an active member of the Texas Forestry Association, Louisiana Forestry Association, Arkansas Forestry Association, and the Association of Consulting Foresters, and serves the State of Texas as President of the Prescribed Burn Board.
